Ok. My C: HDD is like really nib. Because of the nib Symantec Anti Virus, the xfer folder was created. You know what It does? It sucks ALL the memory left in the HDD like all the time. It looks like a little nice 72 kb folder, until you click on "Properties". 71.4 GB! And it's growing, hell yeah. Tomorrow i'll send it to a place where it might be fixed, but I'm just saying: Don't use Symantec Endpoint Protection. It's the nibbiest slowing down Anti Virus I've seen. It's very dumb and I've spent hours on trying to understand what's the problem, till I understood. xfer will fill with tmp. files (tampons, =). I currently enjoy more then 1,000,000 tmp. files there. So if you have symantec, Enjoy the tampons =)

BobRDid you actually READ the instructions..? Usually there's a way to limit the size of a backup partition like that, limit the number of days backups are held for, or just turn the feature completely off. And if they're .tmp files, you could probably have a disk utility like CCleaner just delete them all for you now and then.
