New shoulder accessory?

So, I know that theres a new shoulder accessory comming out called "Tiger's Toenail" and "Black Tiger's Toenail". What I want to know is "HOW DO YOU GET IT?" I think it's by talking to cassandra but how do you upgrade it to become the Black Tiger's Toenail? Is it free? Plz Answer! Ty!

him the tiger toenail expires right? What about the black one cuz it doesnt show it expires or untradable in the extractions. is that something new that may come out just in gms?

black one doesnt expire so im guessing it is another artifact hunting event. like the glasses >.>

Tiger's Toenail came from the 'Year of the Tiger' event, where you had to take pictures of tigers across the Maple world, and the shoulder accessory was one of the prizes. The permanent version came from Pigmy, KMS' version of gachapon.
