Nexon Surveys ErrorCode=0?

Ive tried refreshing, reloading, reloging, restarting, EVERYTHING! I always get that error. I've tried with both Hotspot on and off, nothing.. Anyone knows a fix to this?

It could mean that you were banned once, make a new account and test it.

Its your internet, I tried using my account and a new one created in his house to do the survey and it worked. However, when I tried it in my house it had the error.

[/quote] But it used to work fine on my laptop on my internet.... I'm trying on my desktop, can't get ahold of laptop anytime soon.
