can i play GMS in Japan?

Like wat my title says. Im moving back to Japan and idk if I can still play at Japan. Anyone know?

I think you might be able to as I have access to GMS too. I live in Europe, but I've been here before the IP ban.

When I had to go back to my grandmas place last summer (in Japan) I couldn't find the IP changer or w.e to play GMS. So I simply played JMS. I have to say, I enjoyed JMS more than GMS. I highly reccomend JMS.
