ok so i guess recently got him hooked to maplestory. i literally just showed him the game 5 days ago and he went out to buy 25$ game card. hes in 7th grade and he bought of course really noobish nx clothes and stuff. ANYWAYS.. he doesnt know like anything in the game. hes a lvl 18 aran and no matter how many times i tell him to do the job quests for his aran he still doesnt understand. i took him to octopuses and told him to train there till level 20 beacuse me and my other irl friend wanna do some other stuff not just baby sit him and show him everything. so what should i do? what class would be easiest for him to understand? can he xfer his nx clothes through cs if he makes another char?

I'm in 7th grade now and I don't get why he dosen't get the concept. OP: He can't transfer his NX items. Just do the quests for him. Hopefully he will catch on soon.

well basically he is just really excited about playing maplestory i guess. i guess he just needs to come over with his laptop and i need to show him a thing or two. anyways... i really just want him to catch on really fast. how long did it take u guys to catch on?

I'm in 7th grade, but I'm not that stupid. Have him be a bandit. It'll be easy. Not having to worry about accuracy like warriors, magic attack like magicians, arrows like bowmen, or stars like sins.

I'm a new player I still haven't exactly caught on, but what I did is used the internet to look up some guides, study the various help sites a bit, learn what I was actually doing. All in all, I'm still stupid when it comes to this stuff, but the effort is what counts. You need to hook him up with some friends. They don't necessarily have to be your friends, just some nice people he can have to talk to. I wish I had friends to talk to, it would make the experience a whole lot funner and I wouldn't have struggled so much in the beginning.
