The realization of acquiring Genesis

I just reached my 4th job today. I'm a level 122 Bishop without Genesis. I totally am so unmotivated to do anything now because I am struggling in finding support for the Horntail Prequest. Manon is the one thing standing in my way. If only people walked around saying "HELPING BISHOPS GET GENESIS" in channel 1 leafre or FM, then life would be great. Can anyone please help me? I don't know if this is the right topic for this thread, but I really need help. I need 4 people! Please contact me in game I'm online now.

I would suggest you meet up with any high levels in Leafre (100+), or talk to people who are channel surfing the Manon map.
