Maplestory with xbox?

So I heard in some forum that playing maplestory with an xbox controller was possible. I've always thought that nexon stopped any type of controller usage other than a keyboard, and was just wondering if this was true. So my question is, is it possible, and legal, to play maplestory with an xbox controller? If so, are there any guides on how to set it up?

nah I used to use it when I had a wired xbox 360 controller. Just look for Xpadder on google and set it up.

lolwut That would be hilariously pointless XD but I guess it would be fun to lay your legs on the table and play 2m away from the screen :D Interesting, I think you might be able to if you have some sort of program, 'cause I know I play Motocross Madness 2 on my computer through a controller :D

It's been done before. You don't use the actual xBox though (i Think). You hook up the controller to the PC somehow and use something like ControlMK (I think thats what it's called...Not sure) and you get to use it.

i've been using an xbox controller for over a year, i've never been banned also check out joy2key or xpadder both work well EDIT: there is 18 configurations you can setup using an xbox controller (its 22 but i always dont count the 4 movement configs)

It's possible. Arans with an Xbox controller would be sweet. The downside is that you would only have maybe 15 keys to work shortcuts with. :/

how could you play with an xbox control if theres not as much buttons u use as in maple? o.o

Yeah, I use one. Any controller with a USB plugin will work. Just use xpadder (what I use) or Joy 2 Key.

well if u can find a geek that could rewire ur xbox controller to be able to plug it in by usb, then make a program that allows u to ue it with maple, then i think u could play maple with it only thing is, u dont have as many keys on an xbox controller than a keyboard, u couldnt use any shortcuts if u had a lot of skills
