So what happens after chris get his ged results, i really wanna know. is there gonna be a a season 5? did the show get cancelled?

It's been canceled, there is no episode after the GED episode.

Well, the story is based of Chris Rock's life, so one can safely assume that he passed his GED, became recognized by an agent, and then soon started his career as a comedian.

I think it ended because after Chris Rock got his GED his dad died. He didn't have the heart of putting his dad's death on air.
