Dual Blades will theoretically have the highest solo 1v1 DPM. If you're talking about post-Big-Bang (Revamp) then Shadowers will be much more powerful than they are now...

Most likely No, in most videos they only look good because of % equips. So people won't be able to solo Lyka in 30 seconds. I don't know right now, be patient and wait a few weeks, and we'll see. I honestly don't get the hype about DB's...

They put back Chains of Hell to 12 hits again. Edit: above relook at the revamp changes again. They buffed up them huge. Here ill post proof give me a sec.
