Dual Blader NX skill discussion.

So I just checked on Maple Wikia, and almost every skill required a skill book. It's just a huge disappointment since I really love thieves and this new dual blader class just sounds awesome. I don't want to pay to be successful at this game, that's bull. I made a commitment when I started playing again that I wouldn't spend any money into this game anymore since I spent way too much when I did play. Now I have to decide if I want to either pay to get certain skills, or suffer by not being able to use my dual blader to it's full potential. If you are making a dual blader, tell me what you're doing and why. :P

Then just make a bandit if you don't want to pay for skills. You said you loved thieves and theres not much difference between a db and bandit.

ya, nx is definetly gonna become more and more necessary/helpful in the game. i don't like it either.

I'm gonna pay, 25 bucks isn't that big of a deal to me. Plus, I'd just spend it on cheeseburgers anyways. Hopefully it will reduce the Dual Blader population.

i think its a good and a bad thing. the good point is that this makes sure that maple wont close down like maple vietnam the bad thing is that in a few year. there will be no such thing as a player without nx.

The surveys really shouldn't be an alternative to get them free especially for those blocked from them.

[/quote] DBs can rush multiple targets. That's a really big difference to me, and it's the reason that I'm making a DB and not a dit. EDIT: above : Agreed. Everyone's getting nx from those Ampario surveys that give like 1-2k nx a day, but I don't have them available.

If you don't plan on getting the skill books you might as well play a bandit (they will eventually get flash jump & shadow partner anyways). What I'm personally doing is doing surveys for NX to buy my books.
