what wepon do you think would do better DPS?

im wondering what one do you guys think would be better to make i have boath a 54atk Fusion Mace and a 120atk crushed skull and 18 50% one hand BW scrolls i have 4 white scrolls at the moment but there not hard to come by. .,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,yes i do know how dumb i would look using a Fusion Mace at level 140 Fusion Mace Crushed Skull W.ATK: 99 w.ATK: 165 STR: 27 STR: 27 DEX: 9 DEX: 9 W.SPEED: faster ACC: 12 W.SPEED: normal Thanks for your input. Yes i have a good atk shield

While having a faster speed weapon would be amazing, it doesn't come close to making up for 66 attack. Crushed skull, hands down.

thats what i was thinking, but its 2 speeds faster so I really was not sure.

The speed comes nowhere close to 60+ extra attack. That's a change in your range of over 2k easily, which is about 20k damage on element weak. Definitely the skull.

Throw a the duck tube in this battle as well 95 atk fast (5) add 45 atk = 140 atk 140 attack tube vs 165 attack skull

Anyone know why I'm attacking as fast with a slow 2h BW as I am with a normal 1h BW? And to this question, I wonder the same thing. But I think a CS would win out when perfectly scrolled, however every other weapon could possibly be beat by a well scrolled fusion mace. If you can make a fusion mace with 3500 damage max, it would be equivalent to a slow 2h BW with 4800 damage max, in that faster blast is 92 hits, while slow blast is 75 hits, per minute.

The difference from Slow to Normal (with Booster) is only 3 attacks per minute so it's not that noticeable. Then there's 8 difference when going to a Fast(5) and a further 9 when going to Fast(4)/Faster(3) weapon respectively, so those jumps are a lot more noticeable. The problem with the Fusion Mace is the speed cap. Effectively with Booster it's only as good as a Fast(4) weapon, like the Red Katana (which has up to 93 attack or so, clean - if you want good DPS, swords are hands down a better choice. I mean, 54 Fusion Mace with BW formula vs. 93 Katana with Sword formula - and every other BW is slower than the Katana) If weapon speeds were uncapped then the Fusion Mace could do 109/min, as it stands - it does 100/min. The Crushed Skull does 83.3/min. You have a 66 atk difference being compensated by 16.7 swings per minute. So for equality, 66*83.3 = 16.7*atk -> 329 atk with Fusion Mace, 395 with Crushed Skull. If you have more than 329 atk total using the 99 atk Fusion Mace, then it's the better weapon. If you have less then the Crushed Skull is better. If the Fusion Mace were uncapped, it would be bumped to 109 swings per minute. So 66*83.3 = 25.7*atk -> 214 atk with the Fusion Mace. With a 99 atk weapon and Onyx Apples, you'd only need 15 atk from other equips to hit this target. This is why the speed cap is killing Fusion Maces... Tossing in Duck Tube @ 91 per minute, vs. the Crushed Skull: 7.7 swings per minute vs. 25 more atk. 25*83.3 = 7.7*atk -> 270 atk Duck Tube vs. 295 atk Crushed Skull setups are equal. This is actually a lot more feasible - with a 165 Crushed Skull, and Onyx Apples, you're already at 265. So, with apples #1: Fusion Mace (no speed cap) #2: Duck Tube #3: Crushed Skull #4: gimped Fusion Mace (GMS)
