How much should it sell for? Also, am I able to use it with just regular karma scissors?

Go inside CS, find PSoK, and it should list the items that you have that can be PSoK'ed. Works with SoK, so it should w/ PSoK.

Read the comments above you...Most of them say not PSoKable.

it cannot be traded, if you want proof, get in the cash shop, say you want to buy a SoK (don't buy it) and it will display a list of all the items you can SoK, scroll is not one of them

Move your arrow to the scroll, it says tradeable only once with the premium scissors of karma
