"A tail feather from Cassandra's owl. Instead of returning it to Cassandra, keep it and use it after June 30, 2010 to witness it's miraculous powers." So I have 4 questions: 1.Cassandra has an owl? 2.Was Cassandra a Dual Blade all along? 3.Dual Blades have owls? 4.Anyone know what the "powers" will be? *I used a feather, and it said "The Owl Tail Feather was not able to exert any power."*

cassandra was not a dual blade, Suri is Lady Sly (Syl w.e) owl. if u go to the dual blade teaser page from gms website & click story you will see it & idk what happens when you use it i would like to know cause they have failed on me

The date seems to be wrong. All it does is magically disappear from your inventory.

I've used like 10ish so far, and none of them have really done anything. SO I honestly have no idea what their powers are. And there's a twist, Cassandra is the owl.

Dual Bladers use owls as summons and junk. they have a 1 hit ko thats a GIANT owl.

if i remember right kms had a event before db came out giving out blade scrolls might be something similar.

You have to return 5 to Cassandra then some reward quest will be activated. If you return 10 to Cassandra she gives you 100% dual blader scroll, more for 60% and even more for 10 or 30% dont remember the exact numbers. I used about 7 yesterday before i realized.

I used a feather and got a scroll for blade 100%. I never turned in the quest to Cassandra though...does it increase your chance of getting something from double clicking the feather?

i think u need to use it AFTER 14th which is the next patch since it's hasent given anyone anything. so dont use them just yet. also, according to someone, if you give in the feature, she takes it and you get nothing.(yes no exp either) but you can hand in more feathers to gain scrolls, you can trade twice a day
