Hey Basil, Since I am currently traveling and therefore have no access to a proper gym, I'm trying to figure out a decent workout routine that will not require any equipment (not even suitcases, balls, and other household items i don't have continued access to) So far the routine i developed is: Day 1, 3, 5: 6 sets of 15 pushups w/ 90 second rest between sets (longer if needed) and with one final set where i do as many pushups as i can (at least 15) 35 crunches, 35 crunches on each side 1 normal plank, 1 side plank on each side (holding each for 75 seconds) Day 2, 4, 6: 3 sets of 20 squats w/o weights w/ 90 second rest between sets (longer if needed) 3 sets of 20 calf-ups* w/ 60 second rest between sets (performed on each calf) 35 crunches, 35 crunches on each side 30 reps of this exercise where you balance on your butt and extend your legs forward and your torso backwards before coming back into your start position *dont know the former name of this exercise, but its where you stand upright on a ledge with one leg (the other one wrapped around the leg you are working out) and push yourself up with your calf muscle. you usually also hold on to something in front of you to keep your balance And on the 7th day, GOD RESTS then the 7-day cycle repeats, of course anyways, suggestions? ~Thanks

Add a 30 minute jog to your routine and I think you're good to go.

I guess that's fine at maintaining what you already have. However, I doubt you'll gain much in terms of muscle mass. You will probably have a nice stomach though.
