There was one point where some hacker released thousands of usernames, passwords, and pins in a forum. (This was right before PIC's were created btw, I believe 2008-2009) I have never given out any information while playing. The only thing I did was log on. My sin was stripped of all equipment. the username killersin145. So, were you one of the unlucky ones who had their info given out on the web for others to see?

I must have been because the info to my old account changed and I never changed it/gave it out to anyone.

It was pretty big for about a week, then it faded. I'm actually suprised that no one had gone though, or known about the incident that occured during this time.

I think someone attempted to get into my account, but I had it always logged in afk in the cs. I was untouchable. :D Had I not done that, I'm sure I would've lost my account. Also, one of my accounts was on the list released to the public. It was just a mule, but that's what convinced me it was for real.

Wow maybe that's why my account was hacked. I haven't been playing for two years and when I came back I couldn't get on. Not even the whole your account has been deactivated, click your email for a link or whatever. Then I searched my mule on the rankings and everything was gone.

i remember this. at this time maple was getting old and a lot of people quit. hackers in broa were taking over and other servers. i quit at this time. came back and looked on basil and someone posted a link to all the hacked accounts user names id and pins. but when i tried some of them ( not saying that i tried to hack them) the pin was already changed. so yeah. i remember this.

That happened to my sister. Everything from her attack wg's to her snail shells were gone. I feel sorry for her :/
