What is the exp distribution of leeches?

I was just wondering what the exp distribution is of leeches, specifically bosses... What percent of the exp does the killer get and how much does the leech? With dead pg mule? What about with more than 1 leech? If you give equations that I can use myself please explain them fully. If it's too complicated to calculate please include some reasoning. Thanks in advance. I did some searching for the answer before asking this, if I missed the answer in the forums, sorry, I'd gladly take a redirect.

I dont have a clue since eMS deducted the party exp gain to prevent leeching. eMS is also getting 1 min cooldown on the magician 4th job attacks (the whole map attacks uhh... Blizzard , meteor shower)

OK, kill a monster. Find its exp value. Get someone to kill the same monster. Find out how much exp u leech. Work out the the percentage by division. Value/Leech=percentage leeched per kill. For best results, kill a monster with around 1k, 10k, 100k or 1m exp. These will give the most accurate results Also, make sure the monster is always on full hp. And if you deal damage, you recieve more exp.
