Parents won't let me wear makeup?

Kay, so my name's emily. Lets skip this part.:D I'm almost 15 now and my parents won't let me wear makeup. They won't even let me wear really light eyeshadow or mascara.. I got caught wearing mascara cause of my dumb brother. My mom grounded me for 2 weeks, isn't that kinda stupid? She says that makeup is bad for you. She puts on makeup herself :S Btw, my mom's asian ): Any ideas how to not get caught and be able to talk her into letting me wear light makeup?

Ah, Asian parents and their illogical theories that have no support whatsoever... Well, personally, my mom wouldn't let me work out, so I had to use some tricks. But uhh... Try finding a girl who she thinks does EVERYTHING right (good grades and all), who also wore makeup at your age, and go 'well look how she turned out'. It worked for me.
