earning NX major problem

Okay so I go the the website sign in click get earn NX and when I'm on the page where all the offers are supposed to come up it ALWAYS says Sorry there are no offers avaible for you know and I haven't completed any offers yet can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong

search up roboform. You fill in fake/real info and press one button then it fills every box in, unless you need to click it. It is very annoyying and i dont know about the viruses on it.
