Question about becoming a cleric!

Hey, im a bit of a noob but i received a free gift from GM where i get a free lvl 30 guy, so i chose a mage so i can become a cleric. problem is that everytime i talk to grendel he keeps givin me a noob quest and not the jod advancement. does anybody know what i can do so i can advance? do i have to lvl up 1 more time before it clicks in or do i have to do the noob quests first? because i dont want to lvl up and have to use my sp before i get the new job..

Click on the option that says tell me more about the magician. And Grendal will say u look stronger And you can job advance

If you do level up one more time, you won't have to use the SP. You can save it and use it for your 2nd job skills.

Really? I thought that all skill points have to be used before you can job advance.

so when i am lvl 70, if i want to i can just decide not to use some of my SP on Holy Arrow and save it for one of the lvl 70 skills?
