My current stuff for Duals

So I need some advice on what I need to buy/upgrade for duals, my current equips are: 16dex sauna 12att wgs 8dex yss 2att 6dex pac (crappy I know) avg dep star 5dex 1luk tit reciever zhelm/targar/scarlion (I have a lot so I dunno which I'll transfer) I'll have about 250~350m to upgrade or buy anything else, what should I get? (Daggers and Blades aside) Also since they're adventurers they can get MoNs right?
