I am thinking of buying a used ps3 slim 120 gb for $300. It includes 2 dualshock contollers, a headset, mw2, and an hdmi cable. I am buying this on craigslist and was wondering if I should do it. Doubts about it being used :P

Did the person provide accurate pictures? Enough info provided regarding condition of the PS3. Is the mw2 disc scratched? are the controllers damaged? Ask that.
