I currently have a 15 atk scg 11 dex pink bottoms u/h Avg zhelm And 2 atk PAC clean 22 dex red avenger I think I'm missing something but is there anything i should get/ upgrade? I have 400 mil to spend and I'm not sure what to use it on Oh and I also using a lilin ring 3

With that amount of money, try investing in a good dagger like a DT or something or reverse dagger. Also try to get a critical ring if you have the option. Not required, especially since you have a Lilin ring, but with Thorns the damage is excellent, and judging by your equips, you love damage.
