Nice and mean buzzcuts

Ok there are nice people and mean people. i tend to see more nice buzzcuts but every now and then i see a nasty one D: like, some of them are really nice and give you potions and things when you run out n_n but then there are the really mean ones. like today in henesys, this lvl 13 buzzcut randomly walks up to me and says inappropriate and offensive things to me D: he called me a sluut and...well never mind that. so what are some experiences you guys have had with buzzcuts?
