When something happens and your like I didnt do it or that wasnt me to a person and then like another person is like so who did it? even though it was the other person and he/she says you did it. your like wtf? are u kidding me and u tell them the truth and he/she is like cool story..... and ther person beilieves them...... dont u hate it?

He means. 'Don't you hate it when something happens and you tell the person 'I didn't do it' or 'It wasn't me' and then ANOTHER person there says, "Well then, who did it?" Even though both of them say you did it? Then person #2 tells person#1 a "cool story" and person #1 believes it, while you're standing there going "WTF" Basically, he's talking about you getting blamed/framed for something you didn't do.
