Error when trying to get Nx through surveys,

When I try and do the Nexon surveys to get the Nx, it gives me an error which says "You have reached this page through an error. Return to the Charge NX page.(Code:0)." I live in New Zealand which is in Oceania so I don't know why I'm getting this. Anyone else having the same problem or know how to get around this? Thanks in advance.

I have this problem but I live in Portugal (my IP must be blocked to Surveys). Since you live in New Zealand idk.. Under : Seems to be a bug of some kind then.. o.o

You ahve to wait for the page to fully load, also try it in a different browser.

I think its a bug. I used to be able to access it just fine, and now I can't. I live in the US also..

Lol i also live in NZ and the same thing for me o.o i thought it was because of my location that it didn't allow me to do the surveys. But i read some where that some NZers can access the surveys, but they usually had to try many times. I tried MANY times, no luck for me =

Any browser will take me to this page: http://billing.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART=/Error&cid=60005&detailErrorCode=60000 (not sure if you can access it) I read somewhere a post from nexon saying that survey service was not gonna have any country block YET some surveys might have it.. So with this I'm not sure if my country is actualy blocked or if it's just a bug. Under : Already tryed too, won't do it. =X
