What's the Meso:NX Ratio?

I was planning on using MTS to make some NX to afford a store permit and I'm wondering what the Meso to NX ratio is for Khaini. Or if I could just have an MTS p/c on GFA 60%.

the rule of thumb is 10m per 1k, but latley it may have inflated/deflted
