i think 19att scg is like 1.5b in windia, so i would assume a bwg would be like 1.8b? just throwing some numbers out, maybe someone will come in with more expertise than me xD

Vega makes a 10% scroll into a 30% scroll, and a 60% scroll into a 90% scroll. You can get Vega's Spell from the Cash Shop.

You'd have to check the Cash Shop for the price but there are two types. Vega Scroll 60% changes a 60% scroll chance into a 90% scroll chance. A Vega Scroll 10% changes a 10% Scroll chance into a 30% Scroll Chance (No it doesn't include 50% blow up). They are not usable with White Scrolls and even if you get a 90%, it may not work ^ ^

f3 @ all those offers. Its worth 250k nx or max mesos you typically do better MTSing anything over 18 atk. the upside to the bwg is that its lvl 10 minimum so even tho its not glowing and sexy u can still use it at a lower level.
