Withdrawing and Recreating?

So suppose, I withdrew my nexon account, and then went to sign up again (with the same email address). Would it let me register a completely new account (same email remember), new username...blah blah blah...? or would it 'reactivate' the withdrawn account or something because you can't reuse the same email address? Hope this makes sense. lol

what he said, i tried to delete an account because it was spamming my mail, but withdraw function does not work THERE IS NO WAY OUT AHAHAHAHAAAA
