Question about the Mask Dual Bladers get, is it transferable between accounts like the Aran's ring and Evan's Glasses? Or can it be SoK'd and traded, or untradable?

Where does it say that they are thief only equips? Nobody has provided an actual source to say that they are only for DB's and thieves. I'm hoping they make it like the aran ring and evan glasses.

why the mask gives m.atk ? thats probably not be only for thiefs
