Well ive come to the conclution that I as well as a lot of my friends are complete addicts to this game, so im starting a thread for people that just want to rant about what they like/dislike about this game...I myself enjoy the companionship, funny faces and many different places you can explore. I like to make other peoples experience on MS more enjoyable weather its dumping 10k on random people fameing or giving advice...I dislike random defames Jerkoffs that beg constantly, and people that cannot communicate properly or are lazy typers...So to all of you out there who want to just enjoy this game as much as I do Please state your case and maybe we can meet up some times I have a lvl 55 I/L mage and a lvl 35 cleric on broa (ryudo13 and omniscience) respectivly...add your opinion or thoughts on this matter Happy Maple'ing and have fun. I'm addicted to Mapling too. I love fighting, leveling, upgrading to new armours and weapons, chatting w/ friends, making new buddies, partying, and traveling around from place to place. I especially like Perion b/c it offers the most for me. Recently I found some great things in Orbis at the Garden of 3 colors. I made loads of mesos there and I got a Halloween miracle given to me one morning. I hope to travel to El Nath and stay there a long while and have fun! I enjoy doing some of the quests like the Weird Medicine for Mya, Nella's Kern city's quests, and some other quests that are fun! I like making my character dance for other Maple players enjoyment. I have a great dance that simply floors most players it's so funny! I like trading fame and faming ppl who are really nice and cool to me! I really love seeing all the different types of armours and weapons other players have on. I go to channel 1 & 2 to just get to see all the different level players and what they are wearing! It really inspires me to keep going when I see another high lvl wizard in a cool outfit! I don't like intentional ksers, ppl who beg, random defamers, or item stealers. They ruin the game.

My name is Adzriel. And I'm a Maple Story-holic. I'm pretty late when it comes to MMOs, since my number one genre was RPGs and those are better left single-player. But ever since Runescape, I couldn't stop. So when my cousin told me about MS, I looked at it, liked it, and hopped aboard! Why am I still playing? For the sheer fun factor, of course. I like leveling (even when it's slow), exploring all the maps and trying to find the hidden portals and warps, playing as all the different job classes, talking to people... I also draw as a hobby, so I like to look at the sprites and their outfits and stuff, so I have things to draw in my spare time. I looooved PQ, and am sad that now my main is past the required levels, I can't do it anymore. Oh, and sometimes, I like to wander into the popular training grounds and drop money or give items to random people. I don't like n00bs, intentional KSers, mass defaming as a form of retaliation, people who beg because they don't want to do anything themselves, and scammers. They just bring the community down and make people get the wrong ideas about dealing with others. I don't mind newbies, especially the little magelings, because I was there once and I know how they feel. And I'm pretty indifferent to random defamers, mostly because one or two defames isn't as bad in perspective as mass defames.

anyone else have any comments to add..? I just want to hear Accounts of other people being nice or what they do on maple for fun while not training, what annoys them what makes them keep playing, stuff like that.. Also to justify the enormus ammount of hours that I play (tee hee hee) All addicts apply state your case and happy mapling Pay it forward ...

Something I just started to do when I'm bored with Maple... You travel around to different places and when you come across someone with a cool name, you act as if they are a famous actor or something. The first guy I did it to, I was like, "OMG! Are you the great ------? Can I have your autograph?! What words of wisdom can you impart on me? I wish I could be more like you!" Most people like it seeing as I'm not begging and that I am saying how cool they are. What is even better is when you get tons of people to do it with you. Then you all look like groupies (sp?) and put on shows for the random person.

Everytime I level, I go to some crazy monster that will kill me in a few hits .. If you have 0 exp, you have nothing to loose =D Just cause after spending all that time leveling, its good to take a break and... DIE Tauro's Yeti & Pepe MMm pretty much anything that will kill me, i just explore till im dead =D

yea thats fun i go to tauros and get my spleen riped out a few time when i level I can manage to kill one or 2 before i die now but still WOW theyre fast

I used to be very out of it. I thought RPG's were like, Geek things or something, then somebody had the heart to tell me Halo is an RPG, which I play a lot, and they suggested I play this. I tried dring an x-mas break in Beta. I sorta quit later =/ Only because I thoght I'd never have time -is a IB student w/ no life =o- but here I am. I love the promise of bein super-powerful and stuf in the higher lvl.'s. My inspiration for training are those pwnful JMS videos and some friends I try to keep up with. I love the ineractinon too, I meet many cool (and Moronic -.-) people on MS. it is pretty fun to help people out. Lol, I've hunted golem for a stranger because he needed bc ores. i'm sooo skilled I got him 2 =3 I love exploring. My goal is to get as close to Zakum as possible. So far, I've made it to the sheer cliff's with yeti & pepi. But then I had to go back for a friend. And the background music and stuff ROCKS! Likes sometimes if I'm doing h/w, I'll just get to the log-on page and turn up the volume. =3 I'm such an addict. I hate people who can't speak english (not racist, just hate the language barrier -.-) people who defame you for not giving them what they want, Ks'ers who F3 you for telling them to stop ks'ing you. I hate people who must consider me a noob, because I ALWAYS get the noob offers, people who insist I am crazy for selling average price. (In my opinion, ifyou want noob prices, try NOOBS in lith, not lvl. 40 bandits) And lastly, I hate snobs, who have it all, and attempt to flaunt it, or charge extra for it Wow, I hate a lot =/ Eh, I'm generally nice and upeat though

I think of new ways to ks stupid mages who can't understand the logic of go-away or find-your-own-darn-spot-to-train. I like to collect totally useless item but fun items to 'fight' with my friends near benches. I will use a wooden basball bat and he will use a lollipop and we will whack each other. And i like to ks friends whose lvl are lower than me. Jokingly of course, i do help them lvl by leeching sometimes.

I'm always meeting nice people =D Currently I'm collecting for Jane's quest and am nearly done. But recently I was looking for malady's frog for cheap (500 each) and I came across xbonboncitax. She's SO cool. She died 3 times getting them for me. Wouldn't accept compensation I WANTED to pay for it. And gave me my stuff half-price. (Definately gonna mass-fame later) Then there was a mage who famed me because he was tied up helping someone else. Then there was this arhcer I famed for looking cool. He tried to fame me back but couldnt. So he dropped a Green Sonata for me, and Cat's Eye for my friend (who didnt even fame him) for free. And I'm generally the type too. Normally, I give friend discounts, free stuff (rarely), free ore, alwayz free advice. Most of the time my motto is, "If I can I should =P" People are alwayz sooo confused when I do things to help them they weren't expecting. xDDD I love the F6 look they give me.
