Lv56 Evan: Red Goblins or MP3?

I'm going to be training for exactly 4 hours with the 2x cashshop card. Along with that I'll get about 1 hour 15mins of 4x with family rep. Now, I MIGHT be able to get a lv70 friend who has a I'm Back Ring to afk at MP3. He will leech a bit of the exp yeah, but is it better to do that (MP3-2/4x+1.8x+Friend Leeching a bit of exp) or just Golden Temple (Red Goblins) with 2/4x. Also, how many levels will I be able to get with both? (4 hours total training, 1 hour 15mins 4x and the rest 2x)

Hey, i am also level 56. I train at red goblins..... Since it takes 3-4 shot to kill Mp3, where it takes 2-3 shots to kill red goblin.

Well, I did MP3 with 7.2x for 2 hours and went from 56-66 in a total of 4 hours. So where should I go now? Stay at Stone Goblins or Windraiders or even Red Kents?
