What do you get when you turn in 5 sealed boxes to Cassandra?

Monsters drop them. Inside you can get potions, ores, or these feathers. You can either double click the feather and get something [no idea what] or hand 5 in to Cassandra and get something. [no idea what] I would like to know what you can get.

Well..you can get a blade 100% scroll from the boxes. After you return the 5 feathers u get from boxes, you get the chance to have secret trades with cassandra. Wit those u can get blade scrolls.

I've heard that it's much more worth it to not do the quest, keep the feathers, and use them after June 30th.
