Where to train for levels 51 to 70?

Sorry, I know alot of people post stuff about training but this is my first time attempting grinding (I'd pq'd for my FP. And now it's stuck at level 56. Probably not going to get anywhere). So, yeah, what are some good locations for me to train from levels 51 to 70? Thanks in advance, I'm completely clueless o.o EDIT-Oh, and, how do I get to Singapore? .__.

Here's where I went: 50-64 - MP3 (in Singapore - Mysterious Path 3) 64-71 - Windraiders (in Crimsonwood Keep - Lower Ascent)

Well. This is how I did it. 50-52 Truckers 52-61 MP3 61-64 Wind Raiders 64-70 Golden Temple 70+ I'm at Red Kents ATM.
