Harsh Scam in Scania

I am just warning everyone of this horrible way to scam some one and sadly it happened to me today. I was minding my own business at dojo until someone named sankestrike9 invited me to a chat and said "OMG this is the best day ever!" and then he/she says "my best friend just quit and gave this acc with all this stuff and can u guess who i am?" and i said "Fanta?" since its one of my close rich friends that we trust each other alot so tehn he/she said "omg how did u know? and will u help me transer the 900m it has here and ill give u 400m if u help me just hurry plz because i gtg in 10min" so i said sure thinking it was fanta and so he/she continues with "thanks and can u go into this acc and give me the money and heres is the info, id=snake222 and the pass=jaycob but i dont think i can trust u with 900m and if its not too much can u tell me your info so it can be even?" and again i still though it was fanta and all so i go ahead and tell them the info and then he/she said "ok heres is the pin for the acc its 897312" after that i log off and log on the acc he/she told me and i was amazed it was right so i click the character and it says the pin is incorrect so i log off and check my acc and over 500m worth of stuff is gone and i didnt even tell him/her my pin just my id and pass and i dont know how they got my pin right maybe a hack or something but theres my story. im not here for u guys to feel sorry for me im just here warning you guys about this horrible scam that pretends to be one of your friends to try and steal your stuff and in my opinion its just sad how now adays people want money and stuff really bad. The id and pass i gave are real and if u want check it yourself and go ahead and crack it if u can but its just a warning for all you scanians to watch out and knowin me how excited i was i didnt even ask a personal question to see if it was really my friend fanta.

This is a pretty old scam, if you have been reading on basil lately, these kind of threads are made a lot. It goes without saying, Never give out your Acc info to ANYONE, unless you can beat them up in real life. If you can reset the pin, atleast you might be able to keep the acc

Ouch pretty harsh. Sumone tried that to me before. I said "get on msn" they were like brb. never logged back cuz they knew they got caught pretending to be sumone they werent. xD
