Is buying mesos "ilegal" o.O my friend says he wants to buy some but is it worth it? like spending money of it and does nexon care? ._.

No...you won't get scammed -_-. Those sites actually have policies you know. It's legal, but its against nexon's ToS. So basically you won't go to jail, but there is a extremely low chance you'll get banned. (0.4/10 people get banned) above . Just like how DICE makes money off of Microsoft?. If a company makes money exploiting their game, they would mind. (And yes, meso sites exploit the game. Back to that chance of you getting banned.)

Well chances are, they might hack your account or just scam. Nexon probably cares .. that's why the people that advertise those things are mules so that even if they get banned, they won't be affected.

I know a site that is scam free. It is illigeal and against the TOS. But meh, epople sell nexon ONLINE and Nexon doesnt give a damn. Who will find out anyways? ProTip:NEVER buy power leveling PM for the site.

I know people who have done this. Illegal? Of course. Duh it says right there in the ToS and it pops up once in a while in the yellow warnings....does Nexon care? I really doubt it. What are they going to do? Take away the jobs of several hundred Chinese workers? There's going to be more anyway....

Illegal? Once again people! You cannot go to federal prison for purchasing mesos, therefore its not illegal! It's simply against the ToS.

About a year ago, they mass banned a bunch of people who had "illegit mesos" for like 30 days If you were involved in a transaction with someone who had those mesos, you also got banned. So they do have ways to track certain transactions

It is against the ToS so no not "legal" you agreed to accepting the ToS.
