Just Friday, I got hacked. This has happened alot to me, but it has never hurt worse than now. I had just graduated 8th grade and gained 25 nx as a reward, and 10 before for my birthday. I had also reached 3rd job for the first time, and only got to enjoy for 1 night before it was all taken from me. Over four YEARS, hundreds of dollars, days worth of rage and sadness, and all for naught. Yesterday i was thinking how great i had it. My only goal, plenty of money, and awesome new skills. The day after, it's all gone. But for getting hacked, of course Nexon won't do anything about it. Ticket's been sitting open for days now. They will NEVER answer i'm sure. All the verbal abuse i reported, ignored. Glitches and bugs, ignored. I funded Nexon's little charades for years, and they still treat me like they treat the rest of their customers. crap. So this is goodbye. With a hole in my heart, a destroyed social life, a broken mind, and a lonely soul, my warning is to quit now. All of your progress will be slashed by depraved little script kiddies, glitches, and an un-caring, greedy, all-American branch of the otherwise great Nexon. Quit now. If you're thinking of playing nexon games, don't. This is my testimony, and my wasted life's result. to the mods thinking of deleting this thread should first realize that everyone should know the risks they otherwise will never learn.

I've played for around four years and have never gotten hacked, the only way to get hacked is either going on a key logger site, downloading hecks, or giving out info (I dont care if its your best friend for 10 years, you still gave it[Random Scenario]). You cant blame nexon for not giving you nx or your crap back because there isnt even proof it all existed in the first place. If they were that giving everyone would create stories like these even if they are true or not.

It's not anybodies fault you got hacked. It's only your own. If you didn't leak out information, or maybe trust a 'friend' or anything. Don't blame Nexon games for your failure. Less people are getting hacked each and everyday , I honestly don't understand too much.

The amount that go unanswered/sit there forever is, I assume, staggering. Now, I know they get ridiculous things from stupid people and stuff sent in from multiple games, but still, it's a little absurd.

and the fact they wont answere because they cant do anything about it its in the terms and aggrements nub. you get hacked lose it. they wont repay you cause you agreed to it when you started playing, you know its good to read that crap sometimes:P

meant it felt like days. not yesterday, vacation and time zones screwed me up :P And i've not given out my info, gone to keylogger site, or anything. it's not my fault. Forget it i'm just gonna go now. Maybe people will learn from watching me get kicked while i'm down.

I'd give you some of my sympathy but I'm pretty sure you can only get hacked by giving your account info to someone or getting keylogged. Just remember, don't trust anyone on Maplestory, NO ONE. and don't download anything suspicious. Remember this and your account will live a long life.
