Proof Dual Blades are coming next patch?

I've also seen that every single one of the Dual Blade skills (except some of fourth job) is in the GMS data.

Yea, now I'm 95% sure that Dual Blades are coming out in the next patch because they're going to have a server check tonight and probably add the Dual Blade pre-quests.
