My big thoughts on the Pirate Legend

I have posted in the past, a few theories that make sense. Well I'm going to use Mechanic as a buff this theory as well as what the requirement for a Legend class to exist. First of all, a legend requires connection between one of the main characters in the game. Just as much that Aran has a big connection to Athena. You can't just add a random character that builds up. Surely Evan did, but it was more of Mir's destiny than him. Evan just happened to be the one to make the spirit pact lol. I was always looking for possibilities of the Pirate Legend. Ever since Aran came out, I knew there were things. I believed that Nexon was leaking the Pirate Legend information right from the start. I started off by looking at Kyrin's storyline. It found that they revealed the Pirate Hero long ago. He was also one of the reasons that got Nexon into buffing the Maplestory Episode 2 stuff. His name was Testonen, the person that we know him as, Kyrin's father. Remember that 10+ quest that you do for Baine and Muirhat? Well Kyrin's story said that the crew was always after the Black Wings. Ever since she found out that her father died during that battle with the Black Mage, she left Athena and went to go look for evidence of her father. She found nothing, and returned to Victoria Island obviously. She now wants to help protect the Maple World and teach everyone she knows about her skills, and lives to protect the land that her father was partially responsible for creating. Since Kyrin, Testonen, and Athena are fairies, they can live for hundreds of years. That's why Testonen put Kyrin in Athena's care. The part of the story said that Testonen had his chance, so he said his last goodbye. Kyrin was just a baby, so she didn't know any good. ____________ Ok, my first thought of the Pirate Legend were those two promotional pirates that got appearances in the character creation and the last 3D movie. The female uses dual wields and the male follows Miurhat's training. In the comic, they were battling. They were also talking about Testonen. These two characters get involved in the past of him during the comic too. They ask Miurhat if he knew stuff, because they eavesdropped on him and Kyrin. They put the pieces together, and noticed these things: 1.) He is Kyrin's father. (Yeah yeah yeah...) 2.) He helped sealed the Black Mage. 3.) He instructed Athena's goal, which Aran's tutorial mission follows. 4.) It is not 100% confirmed that he is dead. These two people are not in the game, and are pretty unique. They even got involved in the story which makes them a target. ______________________ My second thought was some gun person that had to do with making metal stuff. This investigation was through Aran's story and the creation of Victoria Island. Purin is the gunslinger that hangs around in Ellin. She goes on about how much she tries to be herself, when she is a fairy. This means that she can live for a long time too. In the lvl 63 Aran quest, it is revealed that she use to

bowman legend will probably OWN, this is an interesting read though. Somewhat discouraging considering i just made a slinger and might not get to 4th job or so (i level pretty slow and am not that hardcore of a mapler) before the legend comes out (if there is a slinger legend thingy)

errrr i think that the mechanic class is coming out as part of the black wings....which unhappily would put a hole in your story legend classes i think ended with aran and evan as far as we know, while the resistance (pro black wing) will be wild hunter, battle mage, and mechanic (sadly) i would like to know how their creativity rolls out, since they kinda smash together already existing ideas and makes it work enough to entertain me (like zakum, look him up on sleepywood and you'll see this whole research project somebody pulled out for zakum's origin) p.s. i didnt thoroughly read your whole post since i'm getting tired, so idk if you already pointed it out or what

It says that they are ready to make their move and take the stand for their city. And I believe that Nexon announced that they are on hold for the Legends until they get everything else settled, especially the Explorers.

Also, Testonen doesn't use guns like Kyrin, but uses his fists as his weapon and in the picture for the pirate legend it was a shadow of a guy holding up his fists

I love long twisty turny storylines that slowly unfold. When my Aran did the Ellin quests I nearly hit myself. I was like ****! It's Athena! But this is like, 100 years ago! OMG WUT? WOAH SHE KNOWS ARAN? HOLY COW!
