where to train besides cpq

I made a dit and its currently lvl 34. I don't want to cpq until 40 and not sure where I should train. I looked at the guide and thought the training part was a bit outdated. Id appreciate any helpful suggestions.

On my assassin I did mushking quests, white mamma monkeys, chronos, platoon chronos, master chronos and cpq. Just do Mushking quests, they are best. Train on white mamma monkeys when u can and when you can't do musking quests.

I finished the mushking quests to get from 30-34. Like I said before I train at gt whenever I can. Any other suggestions? I wanna find a place(s) to train from 34 - 40.
