I have seen alot of threads for dual blades saying they will come out June~July. Not giving specific dates. Any one have any idea when dual blades will come out, i dont want them to come out(my opinion) becuase i just made cleric and i dont want to quit(^.^)

Just don't quit your cleric then. What I'm gonna do is since they have a limited creation time, I'll make one and just not play it until I'm done with my other players I'm training.
