Do you see ghost?

Well recently I've been seeing ghost or "images" I feel them too.. Like I get chills and feel cold sometimes I'll even feel myself getting hotter, I don't know why! 2 nights ago I felt a deep ringing in my ear and saw SOMETHING in the mirror against my wall. At night I see faces and this one time the shadows in my room were waving. I don't know if I'm the only one on basil. My brother sees them too. I've looked this up and I guess it's having strong energy or ghost seeking help. Anyone seen or experienced ghost?

Its just because at night you get paranoid or confused of whats in your room. I have an suggestion for you. When you feel that starting to come on, turn on the light. Nothing is there. Go downstairs and sleep on the couch. If you get that right a few times, eventually, you'll stop seeing 'ghosts'. Its just all in your head. I used to hear these things and see things all the time when I was younger. I took action (I'm already an insomniac, I don't need other things keeping me up at night) and forced myself to not hear them or see them anymore. You have to be totally comfortable in your room.

I see them, but that's only when I don't get sleep at all and I only see ghosts with my peripheral vision so I guess I'm just a paranoid insomniac who hallucinates.
