What mr basils training for mods is like? I have many of times -Hopes a mod reads and tells me what its like- :D

They work as a team, or last I heard. The newer ones ask the older ones questions (how long should i suspend for this?) et cetera, and learn the ropes that way. Of course, there's also the super secret mod forums, there may be some sort of guide stickied there...

I remember when the new mods were annouced. something about bootcamp and "Put down that whip already kev!" and something about Etokapa getting these wounds from "falling off his bike"

I always imagined it was a IronChef style cook off against Mr.B, and the mod only forum is full of recipe ideas. But i'm probably way off the mark

I almost became a mod. I had completed the training, but at the end of it I learned the horrible truth about Basilmarket. I couldn't live with myself after that, so I died and was reborn as a new man. Being reborn makes you forget stuff (like what the secret was), but I'm pretty sure it was horrible. Probably.
