[/quote] actually on the label, it clearly says take sips of drink when you feel that your are low on energy. Meaning, the company knows that the whole drink will not last u 5 hours, but if u take that one bottle, in portions over time, then it will last 5 hours..

ug, I drank 8 of those once before work. Felt incredibly sick and had a half day, had to go home and lie on my stomach for hours before it finally calmed down.
