got question about hypnotize and time leap

so my questions are: can you time leap time leap? did anyone try to summon something in a town and then hypnotizing it? if not, can someone do that and film it?

what exactly does hypnotize do, I never really understood the description?

The other monsters will also attack the hypnotized monster (it's pretty funny actually. There's a video of a corsair playing with it on things like crimson guardians and firebrands). You can't attack the monster you hypnotized and I believe it doesn't hurt you either. Eventually hypnotize expires and the monster reverts to its normal behavior, or it dies before that happens. Obviously it doesn't work on bosses. @ below: yea, that's the video

At all levels it has a 100% chance of de-aggroing the monster; and this part does work on bosses.

If you ever cared to read barely a paragraph, you would know the very description for the skill Time Leap says "YOU CANNOT RESET THE COOLDOWN OF ANOTHER CHARACTER'S TIME LEAP SKILL"
