Cleric and priest are the slowest until level 120, no doubt. And no, you aren't correct. A/Ms > Bishops if it's in a party, and they have HS mules, and A/M > Bishop if it's solo.

you cant really have a list like this because of pqs quests grinding and since usually people do a mixture and dont go grinding from 1-120 or pqing from 1-120

I'd say pirates and clerics are hard as hell to 120. to 70 it would no doubt be page. Top of both will be BEGINNER! Who didn't think of that? and Noblesse after that of course
