Str dual blade?

I was wondering if it would be worth the stronger daggers to add a bit of str into your build of a dual blade. :O EDIT@!#@!$!@ I was thinking about a low-dex str build maybe? Anyone could tell me the best build for a dual blade

Yeah part of this reason was cause I'm a fan of str dagger's looks LOLOL, but I don't want to be uber weak like when I first started this str shad before khanjars came out :O
