What are some worthwhile quests for exp?

I am currently raising alot of different characters and I was considering questing for exp. The problem is, I dont wanna waste countless hours doing quests that give awful exp. If someone could post a list of good exp quests that'd be awesome. Maybe some that give good rewards too. Thanks Edit: The majority of these characters are low lvls. And I have been doing fw cpq but I want to try something else.

Uhm if your making a lot of characters you can prolly give yourself fw in cpq? or do mushroom kingdom quests :D
