Statless Character Weapons

Out of all the statless characters, in ranking, what would the ranking be for class to be least effected by the magic/weapon attack of their weapon?

To anyone not understanding the question, I think he's wondering which class will lose the least attack when they switch from a 10 atk WG to a 9 atk WG, but for weapons.

Well, besides wizards, what order would the statless characters go from most effected to least affected by weapon/magic attack (and you can even factor accuracy by how affected they are)
