1% instant kill doesnt work?

I've killed newts all day, and I havent gotten a single instant kill. I have a cruel ring btw.

My Characters: c0sairs - 112 Broa Outlaw

I tested it out on Elderwraiths and I saw the occasional 51k damage.

It does, maybe ur not paying enough attention to ur dmg numbers. When u see a very high abnormal number thats close to newt's hp, thats instant kill

It works. It activated like 3 times in 30 minutes.

it only worked when i use regular attack, not burst fire

either you didn't pay attention to the number's your hitting, or you're EXTREMELY unlucky XD

o.o it works If your using Sb only the bottom # will be the 1% dmg I had it work up to 3 times in 1mob o.o

thats cuz burst fire shoots too fast and the numbers dissappear too quickly so you cant notice the instant kill dmg
