My neighbor ever since he moved into the condo on the third floor(I live on the first floor) has been whining and complaining. He says he cannot get his mail for some apparent reason because of my car. There's a huge space between the mail box and my car. At least 7 feet apart. Next he accuses us of stealing his bike. I haven't rode a bike for years. He popped our tires and harassed us for weeks. My mother is a single mother and she rents out rooms to be able to afford a 2,500 mortgage + bank loan. He complains about that even though it does not affect him whatsoever. Most of the tenants come home at like 2am and leave at 7am. Now hes contacted the manager of the condos and now we have to break down some rooms and can't have too many people living here by a month. I want some revenge, I could beat up his like 8 year old son to the point of death. throw rocks at his windows or firecrackers through the windows. I just really want to do something
